Job Summary:

Law Support is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Knowledge team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our knowledge strategy, working closely with the Head of Knowledge and the Library and Information Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the curation of high-quality content for our knowledge hub, ensuring it meets the needs of our fee-earners and clients.
  • Provide exceptional support on knowledge matters, responding to enquiries and requests for assistance in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Knowledge team to develop and maintain our knowledge strategy, ensuring it aligns with the firm's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with fee-earners, clients, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background, including a degree or post-graduate diploma in law.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property law and practice is highly desirable, particularly in the area of patents.
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in the full Microsoft Office package.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
