**About the Role**

Law Support, a leading provider of legal services, is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join their Knowledge team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the firm's knowledge strategy, working closely with the Head of Knowledge and the Library and Information Services Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the curation of content for the firm's knowledge hub, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the needs of the business.
  • Act as a point of contact on knowledge matters, responding to enquiries and requests for support from fee-earners and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Knowledge team to develop and implement effective knowledge management strategies, ensuring that the firm's knowledge assets are properly managed and utilized.
  • Provide administrative support to the Knowledge team, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and performing other tasks as required.

**Requirements**

  • Strong academic record, including a degree or post-graduate diploma in law.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property law and practice, particularly patents, is highly desirable.
  • Strong IT skills, proficiency with the full Microsoft Office package.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with fee-earners, other stakeholders, and the wider business.
