About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Ernest Jones in Gateshead. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, developing our team members, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on sales, customer service, and operational excellence
  • Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store plans, including sales, customer service, and operational objectives
