Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:
The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of our KIKO MILANO team, responsible for driving customer experience, sales, and business performance in our stores. As a KIKO Ambassador, you will lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
People Management- Develop and support the team to deliver customer experience and business objectives
- Recruit, onboard, train, and support team members to achieve customer experience and business goals
- Ensure store planning and annual leave align with business needs
- Coach team members on products, makeup application techniques, and selling techniques to deliver the KIKO customer experience
- Monitor business KPIs and set follow-up action plans to achieve goals, as agreed with the Store Manager
- Deliver business goals, including customer experience, sales, and operational excellence, as defined with the Store Manager
- Prioritize actions for the store to maximize impact on business goals, as agreed with the Store Manager
- Complete all BeKIKO dossiers, quizzes, and training elements
- Consistently monitor business KPIs, including LFL progression, conversion rate, average ticket, and stock loss
- Ensure stores comply with all KIKO standards and procedures
- Guarantee compliance with store procedures (KIKO STORE BOOK)
- Execute the promotional calendar
- Adhere to operational procedures and ensure the store is compliant
- Regularly review procedures and address issues with the Store Manager to ensure compliance with Corporate policies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software
- Passion for the beauty industry and familiarity with KIKO MILANO products
