Job Summary:

The Assistant Store Manager - KIKO Ambassador is a key role within our retail team, responsible for driving customer experience, sales, and business performance in our stores. As a leader and coach, you will support the Store Manager in achieving business goals and take full accountability for the store when the Store Manager is on leave.

Main Responsibilities:

People Management:

  • Lead and Develop the Team: Coach and support the team to deliver exceptional customer experience and business results. Recruit, onboard, train, and develop the team to meet business goals.
  • Team Performance: Monitor and improve team performance, ensuring all store planning and annual leave are aligned with business needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Coach the team on products, makeup application techniques, and selling techniques to deliver the KIKO customer experience.

Customer Experience / Business Management:

  • Business Performance: Monitor and improve business performance, ensuring Business KPIs are in line with goals. Set follow-up action plans for the store as agreed with the Store Manager.
  • Business Goals: Deliver business goals as defined with the Store Manager, including customer experience, sales, and operational excellence.
  • Action Planning: Prioritize actions for the store that have the most impact on business goals, as agreed with the Store Manager.
  • Compliance: Ensure all stores are compliant with KIKO standards and procedures, including the execution of the promotional calendar.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Business Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
  • Industry Knowledge: Passion for the beauty industry and familiarity with KIKO MILANO products.
