Lead the Way in Customer Experience and Sales

The Assistant Store Manager is a key role in driving the success of our KIKO MILANO stores. As a leader, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

People Management

  • Develop and Support the Team: Coach and support the team to deliver customer experience and business goals, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Recruit and Onboard: Recruit, onboard, train, and support the team to deliver the customer experience and business goals.
  • Store Planning and Leave: Ensure all store planning and annual leave is in line with business needs, minimizing disruptions to the team and customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Coach the team on products, make-up application techniques, and selling techniques to deliver the KIKO customer experience.

Customer Experience / Business Management

  • Monitor and Improve: Monitor business KPIs and set follow-up action plans to ensure the store is on track to meet goals, as agreed with the Store Manager.
  • Deliver Business Goals: Deliver business goals as defined with the Store Manager, including customer experience, sales, and operational excellence.
  • Prioritize Actions: Prioritize actions for the store that have the most impact on achieving business goals, as agreed with the Store Manager.
  • Training and Development: Complete all BeKIKO dossiers, quizzes, and training elements to stay up-to-date with KIKO standards and procedures.
  • Business KPIs: Consistently monitor business KPIs, including LFL progression, Conversion Rate, Average Ticket, and Stock-loss.

Procedures and Policies Execution

  • Compliance: Guarantee that stores are compliant with all KIKO standards and procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Store Procedures: Guarantee the compliance with store procedures, including the KIKO STORE BOOK, to maintain operational excellence.
  • Promotional Calendar: Guarantee the execution of the promotional calendar, ensuring timely and effective promotions.
  • Operational Procedures: Guarantee all operational procedures are adhered to in store, ensuring compliance with Corporate policies.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry, with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
