Position Summary
In light of our ongoing expansion, we are excited to present an opportunity for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our COCO+ Travel Sales Team. If you possess a strong passion for sales, excel at meeting ambitious targets, and have a talent for managing sales pipelines and prioritizing leads, this position may be an excellent fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business leads to create meeting opportunities for the Business Development Manager team.
- Engage potential clients through various outreach methods, including phone and email.
- Establish rapport with prospects, gain insights into their business needs, and assess their compatibility with COCO+.
- Develop and maintain your own prospect pipeline to meet established KPIs and revenue objectives.
- Effectively manage sales pipelines and prioritize leads to maximize conversion rates and operational efficiency.
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Participate in networking events and represent COCO+ at industry exhibitions.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure a continuous influx of new business meetings into the sales pipeline.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, climate technology, or the business travel sector is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in a Business Development Executive or Sales Development Representative role.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve both individual and team goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adaptable to evolving company needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient networking skills with the ability to foster relationships internally and externally.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a remote team.
