Role Overview:
As a Client Services Representative, you will serve as a liaison for our esteemed clients, providing essential services required by various utility providers. Your primary responsibilities will include visiting client locations to perform critical tasks related to their energy supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect additional customer information, such as meter readings and identifying vulnerabilities.
- Conduct visits in accordance with specific client guidelines.
- Facilitate payment arrangements through negotiation.
- Complete necessary documentation to ensure client payments are secured.
- Execute legal warrants to ensure payment and access for resolution delivery.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of £26,500
- Company vehicle available for personal use

Candidate Qualifications:
- Possession of a full, clean UK driving license.
- Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Fridays.
- Prior experience in debt negotiation, customer service, or conflict resolution is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively, both indoors and outdoors.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Capability to make prompt decisions and judgments.
