Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Services Representative to join our team at Search. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and support on a range of financial options and services.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure that all client interactions are handled with empathy, enthusiasm, confidence, and accuracy, providing a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
  • Account Management: Work closely with clients to understand their financial circumstances and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients, driving business growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with the ability to provide guidance and support to clients.
