Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic COCO+ Travel Sales Team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a sales environment, excel at reaching ambitious targets, and possess strong skills in managing sales pipelines and prioritizing leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to create meetings for the Business Development Manager (BDM) team.
  • Engage potential clients through various outreach methods, including phone and email.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their needs and determine compatibility with COCO+.
  • Develop and maintain a personal prospect pipeline to meet defined KPIs and contribute to company revenue goals.
  • Effectively manage sales pipelines and prioritize leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Represent COCO+ at networking events and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate closely with the BDM to ensure a steady influx of new business meetings.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, climate technology, or the business travel sector is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in a Business Development Executive or Sales Development Representative role.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or Apollo.
  • Self-driven with a strong commitment to achieving both individual and team objectives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Adaptable to the evolving needs of the company.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong networking capabilities and the ability to foster relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a remote team.
