We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales teams and manage key accounts for our Hosted Travel Portfolio. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the strategic success of the portfolio.
  • Manage key accounts and devise strategies to increase revenue across the portfolio.
  • Achieve revenue targets for events and wider product offerings, with a focus on digital and sponsorship.
  • Set and manage delivery against targets for the sales teams.
  • Create and implement sales plans for the portfolio, identifying development areas and new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support and promote sales performance excellence through coaching, training, and sales system usage.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reports for the portfolio.
Requirements
  • Be an enthusiastic and driven sales professional with extensive sales experience as an established sales leader.
  • Have a deep understanding of the luxury and travel industries, with experience in value-based selling techniques and sales systems.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to a wide audience.
  • Use your own judgment and initiative to successfully exceed business objectives.
  • Be empathetic and understanding of other cultures within a commercial context.
  • Be comfortable entertaining and networking with large groups of senior decision-makers.
  • Be able to travel as needed to attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
