Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8am and 7pm, and one Saturday every three weeks, from 9am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities of a Client Support Specialist:
• Assisting and guiding clients involved in incidents
• Overseeing a portfolio of motor claims, both fault and non-fault, ensuring client needs and expectations are clearly understood
• Ensuring claims are processed accurately and in accordance with technical standards
• Maintaining effective communication with clients and various third-party stakeholders
• Balancing a caseload of claims while managing incoming correspondence and calls
Key Skills and Experience of a Client Support Specialist:
• Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to influence and persuade effectively
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing workload under pressure
• Proficient in computer use with a willingness to learn new systems
• A positive mindset with a flexible and resilient approach to teamwork and change
