Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the roles of Junior Sous Chef and Chef de Partie. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Work effectively on the pass, ensuring seamless service and high-quality dishes.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of classical cooking methods and techniques.
  • Contribute to a positive and dynamic kitchen environment, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in classical cooking methods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Availability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation:
  • Junior Sous Chef: £38,000 per annum
  • Chef de Partie: £30,000 per annum
