This position involves engaging in various essential functions of our operations, including reception, housekeeping, and food service. While training will be provided, prior experience in hospitality is a plus.

Your Role: Essential Contributions

As a Hospitality Team Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring our guests have memorable experiences. Your contributions will be central to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality, regardless of your background or prior experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering warm hospitality and exceptional customer service to all our guests, members, and visitors.
  • Assisting at reception and providing valuable information about the hostel and the surrounding area, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and informed.
  • Utilizing our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as managing food and beverage sales and service.
  • Performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain a comfortable and tidy environment for all guests.
  • Helping with food preparation in the kitchen and serving meals and drinks with genuine warmth and hospitality, encouraging guests to enjoy dining with us or to try a dessert or beverage during table service.
