This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role with the potential to become a Director, as the current Director of the North Kent office is set to retire soon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management & Development: Take the lead in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity in project delivery.
  • Business Development: Collaborate closely with the Directors of the other studio to identify new business opportunities through their existing client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the firm.
  • People Management:- Grow and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative studio environment.
  • As this is a small team you will be hands-on in delivering projects.
  • CAD abilities are essential, ideally ArchiCAD &/or Revit.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered ARB/RIBA Architect
  • Proven experience in the education sector.
  • Demonstrated client-facing skills and business development acumen.
  • A valid driving license (DVLA) and access to a car are essential for this role, given the location and travel requirements.

What's on Offer:

This role offers a pathway to a Director position, providing the chance to lead the North Kent studio and shape its future direction. You will have the support of a dynamic team and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the practice's growth.

If you are a proactive and ambitious Associate ready to take your career to the next level, we would love to hear from you. Join our client's team and play a crucial role in the next chapter of their success story.

*Where we indicate a band of PQE for a role, this indicates how long we would expect an architectural professional to take to gain the level of experience required in an appropriate context. It does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE who can demonstrate that they have acquired the relevant experience.

If you meet the criteria listed above, please apply with a copy of your CV by pressing the apply button to be considered. We receive many applications so if you do not hear from us within 5 days, please consider your application unsuccessful this time. We will keep a copy of your details on file for future vacancies.
