About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Hospitality professional to join our team as an End Point Assessor. As an End Point Assessor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the competence of apprentices in the Hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct various assessment methods, including professional discussions, observations, and multiple-choice tests.
  • Use your expertise to ensure fair and consistent assessments, helping apprentices succeed in their final evaluations.
  • Work autonomously, but collaborate with the team as needed.
  • Participate in comprehensive onboarding and training to become a professional End Point Assessor.
Requirements
  • Experience in the Hospitality industry, ideally in hotels (Front Office, Housekeeping, Reception) with additional experience in Food & Beverage, Events, and Kitchen operations.
  • Passion for the Hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to its ongoing success.
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Access to a vehicle for field visits.
