Hotel Contract Manager Job Description

Miki Travel Limited is seeking a skilled Hotel Contract Manager to join our Central Europe team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and overseeing contracts with hotels and accommodation partners to ensure seamless alignment with client requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and negotiate contracts with hotels and accommodation partners to ensure competitive rates and conditions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our supplier base, maintaining professional relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Negotiate special offers, exclusive deals, and overrides with hotels throughout the year to drive business growth.
  • Ensure all hotels are re-contracted with specific deadlines to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Address and resolve any standard/service level issues with suppliers to maintain high-quality services.
  • Liaise with the coordination and data management teams to communicate inventory and pricing changes, ensuring hotel information is accurate.
  • Set sales strategies for contracted portfolios and highlight high-demand events to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct business trips to improve relations with suppliers and negotiate best-in-market rates in line with business requirements.
  • Identify new products in line with room nights and sales requirements to maintain a competitive offering.
  • Undertake ongoing analysis of product and quality within contracting areas to maintain consistent product offerings for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with internal changes to systems and processes to contract more efficiently and effectively.
  • Enhance market knowledge through participation in trade events and media publications.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience working as a Hotel Contract Manager in Europe.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English.
