Monarch Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Ferndene Care Home in Gainsborough, DN21. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and nursing support for our residents, while also maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the care home team to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation of the care home
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration and management experience in a nursing home setting
  • Driving license and use of a vehicle
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
