Monarch Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Ferndene Care Home in Gainsborough, DN21. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and nursing support are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the staff team and provide support to ensure the delivery of quality care.
  • Oversee all aspects of the running of the care home, including budgets and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Driving licence and use of a vehicle.
  • Management experience within a nursing home.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary – in region of £60,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
  • Paid annual NMC registration cost – subject to no restrictions placed.
