Monarch Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our team at Ferndene Care Home. Our care home provides high-quality care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia.

Location: Gainsborough, DN21. The home is easily commutable from areas including Retford, Lincolnshire, Doncaster, and Worksop.

CQC Rating: GOOD

Hours: This is a full-time position with a share of on-call duties.

As a Registered Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the care home's operations, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed, budgets are maintained, and regulatory requirements are met within defined timescales. You will lead the staff team, providing support and guidance while ensuring the delivery of quality care through assessment, supervision, and guidance.

Our Team: You will receive input and support from a Senior Management team and our experienced staff team, which includes a Deputy Nurse Manager and Administrators. If you are passionate about supporting a team and making a difference, we look forward to receiving your application.

Requirements:

  • Driving license and use of a vehicle
  • Management experience within a nursing home
