About the Role:

Remedicare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our care home team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care services to our residents
• Effectively manage and develop your team, providing guidance and supervision as needed
• Work closely with our Customer Relations Team to ensure commercial control and promote the interests of our residents
• Develop and implement strategies to promote the well-being and dignity of our residents
