Job Title: Registered Nurse - Gainsborough Care Home

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ferndene Care Home in Gainsborough. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a purpose-built care home, located in the heart of Gainsborough. You will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, administering medication, and monitoring resident well-being. Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and review care plans to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
  • Administer medication and document accordingly.
  • Monitor resident well-being and report any concerns to the management team.
  • Supervise the care team and ensure a smooth handover of shifts.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with a current PIN and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. You will also need to undergo a satisfactory DBS check and provide references.
