Job Opportunity for Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse

An exciting new role has arisen for a dedicated Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse to work in a leading hospital within the Gainsborough area. You will be part of a team providing high-quality care in a secure forensic setting.

This hospital is a low secure unit for men with mental illnesses and personality disorders. They offer a comprehensive treatment pathway for those requiring rehabilitation, focusing on patients learning new skills and maintaining those necessary for community living.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

As a Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care in a secure forensic setting, working alongside patients with a diagnosis of Personality Disorder, Mental Illness, and/or Learning Disability.
  • Assisting and supporting staff in the management of the ward to ensure safe and effective management of patients and staff.

The successful Nurse for this role will be paid a competitive salary of £36,176 - £38,596 per annum DOE. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
