About the Role

As a Pensions Data Services Analyst at Lane Clark & Peacock (LCP), you'll play a vital role in supporting our market-leading de-risking team and assisting pension schemes with their data needs. You'll be involved in a variety of projects, including:

  • Helping schemes prepare for buy-outs/buy-ins
  • Supporting GMP data preparedness initiatives
  • Contributing to the development of the future Pensions Dashboard
  • Ensuring schemes meet their regulatory data requirements
  • Assisting the wider data team with internal projects, such as new business transitions

Our clients are a diverse mix of existing LCP administration clients and those seeking our expertise to achieve their strategic objectives.

What We're Looking For

We seek individuals with some experience in pensions data or administration who are eager to work on dynamic and fast-paced projects. You'll utilize your technical skills to develop solutions and contribute to our team's success.

  • A strong understanding of defined benefit (DB) pension schemes
  • The ability to prioritize workloads effectively, meeting deadlines and service level agreements
  • An interest in creating efficient solutions for complex pension scheme calculations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • The ability to work within defined budgets and scopes, seeking guidance from senior team members when needed
