Our client, a leading boutique management consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Business Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the company, you will work closely with senior consultants and clients to deliver high-quality projects and drive business growth.
About the Role
- Design, develop, and implement analytical models to inform business decisions.
- Collate, manage, structure, analyze, and visualize data to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel models using VBA and other tools.
- Derive unique insights from data to inform senior-level decision making.
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver projects and meet business objectives.
- Produce high-quality reports and presentations to summarize project findings and recommendations.
Requirements
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VBA.
- Strong knowledge and experience of data visualization tools, including Power BI.
- Software development skills using Python.
- Understanding of agile software development approaches and software architecture.
- Management consulting skills and experience.
- Awareness of decision-support approaches, investment appraisal, and cost modeling.
- Interest in decision analysis techniques.

- A competitive salary of £30,000 to £60,000 depending on level of experience, plus bonus, pension, life insurance, and 25 days holiday.
