Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare and import payroll data into our system
  • Resolve payroll queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Extract and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Update and maintain our purchase ledger and debtor ledger
  • Perform bank reconciliations and payroll reconciliations
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Quickbooks
  • Experience in payroll and finance administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
