Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities- Raise and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and import payroll data into our system
- Resolve payroll queries and provide excellent customer service
- Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
- Extract and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Update and maintain our purchase ledger and debtor ledger
- Perform bank reconciliations and payroll reconciliations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Quickbooks
- Experience in payroll and finance administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
