Working Hours:
Continental shift pattern (4 on, 4 off) with 12-hour shifts rotating between day and night.

As a Production Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the production team, where your contributions will directly influence our overall operational performance.

To ensure the efficiency of our production lines, you will blend your technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to driving change.

With a talent for coaching and mentoring, you will adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment, swiftly identifying and resolving equipment issues as they arise.

~ Responsibilities include overseeing a designated area, driving performance to meet and exceed quality, safety, and service standards.
~ Coordinating and motivating the operational team to achieve daily production goals.
~ Managing all aspects of production equipment operation, including setup, maintenance, and sanitation.
~ Monitoring and executing basic troubleshooting and repairs on machinery.
~ Upholding excellent manufacturing practices with a focus on hygiene and safety within your designated area.
Qualifications:

· Proven mechanical and maintenance experience
· Demonstrated expertise in machine operation, troubleshooting, and repair
· Logical problem-solving skills and practical knowledge of plant equipment
· Effective communication skills with the ability to mentor and influence others
· Capacity to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
· Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
