Job Title: A&E General Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate A&E General Nurse to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent care services.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in care of the elderly and experience in delivering clinical support in this area. You will be responsible for promoting the highest standards of nursing care, supervising and supporting junior staff, and maintaining accurate records and care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional clinical nursing to all residents, adhering to the NMC's code of professional conduct.
  • Deliver strong leadership and support the Home Manager in the daily running of the Nursing Home.
  • Supervise and support junior staff, promoting a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records and individual care plans, ensuring efficient and cost-effective use of manpower.
Requirements:
  • 12 months post-graduate experience in care of the elderly, preferably in a nursing home or hospital setting.
  • Experience of working with elderly people with dementia, delivering clinical support in this area.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to problem-solve and manage complex situations effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide advice and guidance to internal staff, residents, and their relatives.
