Job Title: A&E General Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate A&E General Nurse to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical care to our residents while promoting a safe and healthy environment.

Job Purpose:

To deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, adhering to the NMC's code of professional conduct and supporting the Home Manager in the daily running of the Nursing Home.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide professional clinical nursing to all residents, promoting the highest standards of care within the home.
  2. Supervise and support junior staff, ensuring effective leadership and a safe working environment.
  3. Delegate daily workload in the absence of the Home Manager, ensuring efficient use of manpower.
  4. Maintain accurate records and individual care plans, adhering to company and statutory requirements.
Requirements:

We are looking for a nurse with:

  1. 12 months post-graduate experience in a care of the elderly setting, with a strong focus on dementia care.
  2. Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to problem-solve and manage complex situations.
  3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide advice and guidance to staff, residents, and relatives.
  4. A commitment to delivering high-quality care and a passion for working with older people.
