The Specialist Nurse will play a crucial role in providing expert clinical advice to the multidisciplinary team, utilizing their specialized knowledge to inform decision-making and clinical judgment. NHS Scotland is introducing a reduced working week of 37 hours, with no change in pay, from 1 April 2024. This reduction will also apply pro rata for part-time staff. You may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period, for which you will be paid, until your service area changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
