Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Additional Services team at Bridges Estate Agents in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in our additional services operations. You will work closely with our Director of Additional Services and Group Managing Director to develop and implement strategies that maximize lead and business opportunities across the group.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results in our additional services operations.
- Work closely with our Director of Additional Services and Group Managing Director to identify and maximize lead and business opportunities across the group.
- Lead team ring out sessions to generate leads and instructions.
- Produce strategies for areas of improvement within your branches and work with individual teams to implement these.
- Ensure that new starters in your branches have been set up to succeed with a structured induction and training program.
- Become highly proficient with RPS and partners CRM's.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated individual with a sales and management-related background. You should be comfortable in customer-facing environments and with business-to-business relationships. A driving license is essential for this role due to branch visits and meetings.
