About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Patient Services Manager to join our team at Spire Regency Hospital, Macclesfield. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clear, professional leadership of administration, customer-facing, and service functions throughout the hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to administration teams, ensuring they perform to the required commercial, corporate, and professional standards.
- Improve operational processes and ensure regulatory changes are effectively implemented across departments.
- Develop and maintain strong communication channels throughout administration departments.
- Manage the personnel administration of the administration teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Monitor team service levels and adjust resource allocation as required to meet business demands.
- Good standard of secondary education with demonstrable literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
- Track record of successful people and process management, ideally in a multi-functional environment.
- Relevant supervisory qualification and previous experience working in the healthcare industry or a similar customer-oriented organization.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Ability to understand key business processes and complex business issues.
