We are a fast-growing financial services firm seeking a seasoned leader to head our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As a critical function within our organization, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive strategy, mentor a skilled team, and ensure the health and direction of our authentication platforms align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Authentication Services team, covering Active Directory, Entra ID, and CyberArk.
  • Guide the technical roadmap, oversee platform maintenance, and align the IAM strategy with business goals.
  • Manage both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring operational excellence and technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a leader in large-scale, multi-forest Active Directory environments.
  • Advanced knowledge in IAM tools and a passion for cybersecurity.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to balance technical direction with business needs.
