HR Manager Opportunity at Meridian Business Support

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our team of HR Assistants in a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a result of our current HR Manager's project assignment, this role offers a unique opportunity to join our friendly and enthusiastic HR team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will report to the Director of Human Resources and line manage a Senior HR Assistant and 3 HR Assistants. Our team's vision is to provide an efficient, professional, and customer-focused HR Service, supporting the Group in attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining the best talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR operational processes and staff effectively
  • Have experience working in education with in-depth knowledge of safer recruitment employment checks
  • Lead a team of HR Assistants and provide guidance and support
