**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Clover HR Services Limited t/a Clover HR. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert HR advice and support to our clients in the Manchester area.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide HR guidance on employee life cycle matters, including recruitment, disciplinary processes, and performance management
* Offer TUPE and redundancy support to clients
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, handbooks, and employment contracts
* Network and onboard new business opportunities

**Requirements**

* CIPD qualified or equivalent
* Proven experience in employee relations
* Strong understanding of UK employment law and its practical application
* Ability to deliver pragmatic advice within a commercial context

**What We Offer**

* Competitive hourly rate of £15 p/h initially, increasing to £20 p/h after 3 months (dependent on performance)
* Part-time hours to suit client needs
