Head of Sales – Cambridge

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales / General Sales Manager to lead our high-performing Sales department at KPI People.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inspire and drive the sales team forward to achieve exceptional results.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales processes to maximize sales conversion and profitability.
  3. Manage and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
  4. Oversee stock management and inventory control to ensure optimal sales performance.
  5. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our luxury brand.
  6. Actively promote Finance and Insurance related products to customers.
  7. Conduct regular staff appraisals to ensure team members are meeting their sales targets.
  8. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  9. Manage and maintain a comprehensive budget to ensure sales department is operating within financial constraints.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 2 years General Sales Manager / Head of Sales experience in a premium brand franchised dealership.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
  3. Full UK driving license.

Benefits

We offer a competitive basic salary of £45,000, on-target earnings of £80,000, a company car, and an extensive benefits package.
