Head of Sales – Cambridge
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales / General Sales Manager to lead our high-performing Sales department at KPI People.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and drive the sales team forward to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and implement effective sales processes to maximize sales conversion and profitability.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Oversee stock management and inventory control to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our luxury brand.
- Actively promote Finance and Insurance related products to customers.
- Conduct regular staff appraisals to ensure team members are meeting their sales targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive budget to ensure sales department is operating within financial constraints.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years General Sales Manager / Head of Sales experience in a premium brand franchised dealership.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
- Full UK driving license.
Benefits
We offer a competitive basic salary of £45,000, on-target earnings of £80,000, a company car, and an extensive benefits package.
