Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers, creating an engaging recruitment strategy.

  • Coordinate volunteer participation across the community.
  • Conduct comprehensive background checks for volunteers.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and risk management protocols.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers.

- Strong ability to build external networks and foster relationships.

- High level of computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office.
