  • Collaborate with the Company's Sales Representatives to resolve customer issues.
  • Process customer orders and communicate any inventory shortfalls.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates to the Branch stock management system.
  • Prepare quotations and estimates for various products and accessories.
  • Utilize the Company's computer systems effectively to support branch operations.
  • Coordinate equipment needs with supervisors and managers.
  • Execute locally approved purchase orders as directed, ensuring timely delivery and stock system updates.
  • Familiarize yourself with and adhere to the Company's operational procedures as outlined in the relevant manuals.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Background in customer service or sales support is advantageous.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to the Rental Manager.
  • Reports to the Branch Manager.
