- Ensure compliance with the Company's Health & Safety protocols.
- Provide courteous assistance to visitors, clients, and delivery personnel.
- Identify and maximize revenue opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Company's Sales Representatives to resolve customer issues.
- Process customer orders and communicate any inventory shortfalls.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates to the Branch stock management system.
- Prepare quotations and estimates for various products and accessories.
- Utilize the Company's computer systems effectively to support branch operations.
- Coordinate equipment needs with supervisors and managers.
- Execute locally approved purchase orders as directed, ensuring timely delivery and stock system updates.
- Familiarize yourself with and adhere to the Company's operational procedures as outlined in the relevant manuals.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Background in customer service or sales support is advantageous.
Reporting Structure:
- Reports to the Rental Manager.
- Reports to the Branch Manager.
