**Operations Coordinator (Depot)**

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Aldridge, Office-Based

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm or 9am - 5.30pm
- Our client, a leading company in their industry, is seeking a dynamic and organised Operations Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of the Depot operations._

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Process drivers' requests and communicate information to the operational team.
- Review and fulfill customer requests promptly, addressing inter-departmental requirements.
- Support the Depot Manager and maintain accurate records on the software system.
- Manage stocks within the Depot, conducting monthly reviews and optimizing value from suppliers.
- Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and suppliers, providing accurate information on container logistics.
- Build productive relationships with internal and external customers in the industry.
- Utilise Office suite and Depot software for administrative duties.
- Attend team meetings, participate in progress updates, and ensure health and safety by attending briefings and overseeing tools/machinery maintenance.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar operational role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Product Knowledge
