Job Title: Deputy Head Housekeeper

As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our hotel rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain the required standards of cleanliness and presentation in all hotel rooms
  • Mentor and train housekeeping staff to ensure they provide exceptional service and attention to detail
  • Respond to guest comments and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure housekeeping staff are completing their work within set timeframes
  • Clean and maintain bedrooms to the highest standards
  • Ensure hotel procedures are followed by housekeeping staff
  • Deputise for the Head Housekeeper as required
  • Assist in the induction and training of new housekeeping staff
  • Assist in the control and management of stock and linen

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a 4-star hotel environment with supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor
  • Passion for delivering exceptional standards and motivating others to do the same
