About the Role

Citi is seeking a highly skilled HR Process Specialist to join our HR Partnership & Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of HR processes and procedures that drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of HR processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance employee experience and drive business efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee life-cycle processes and benefits administration.
  • Conduct analysis and make recommendations on process improvements, including the development of business cases and project plans.
  • Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives, including the development of metrics and dashboards to measure process performance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR partners, and employees.
  • Provide input and guidance on HR-related projects and initiatives, including the development of project plans and resource allocation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR process improvement and apply this knowledge to drive business results.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR processes and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement project plans and track progress.
  • Experience with HR systems and tools, including HRIS and project management software.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including employment law and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial services industry.
