HR Business Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Hirani is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Support Specialist to join our team. As an HR Business Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our Human Resource Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Expert HR Guidance: Offer advice and guidance on all HR matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Payroll Management: Maintain accurate payroll records for monthly payroll processing across various regions, including NI, UK, and other applicable areas.
- HR Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, supporting and guiding managers and employees in line with these policies and relevant legislation.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all company policies and procedures are being complied with and aligned with the most recent legislation, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment process, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and preparation of employment contracts, as well as onboarding and induction procedures for new employees.
- Training and Development: Support functional leads in identifying team training and development needs, engaging in the performance management process by coaching line managers and employees.
- Organisational Design and Change Management: Support the Leadership team with organisational design and change management initiatives.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Collate monthly HR metrics and report on the effectiveness of HR strategies.
- Professional Development: Undertake continuing professional development activity to ensure awareness of current legislation and trends.
