Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date people data.
  • Communicate system updates and changes to end-users.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to manage system integrations.
  • Ensure security and integrity of systems and data.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
  • Implement and test system updates and releases.
  • Maintain and update relevant documentation and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve support cases in a timely manner.
  • Participate in testing and collaborate across different business areas.

Requirements
  • HR degree or equivalent with hands-on experience managing various HRIS systems.
  • Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience required.
