Job Title: People Systems Specialist

Join Hunter Savage, a leading professional services organization, in Belfast city centre, as we seek an experienced People Systems Specialist to drive the maintenance and support of our HRIS systems, SuccessFactors, and SAP.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in the optimization of our HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing expert analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, with experience in managing various HRIS or Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend and configure changes to current processes to provide a more effective use of HRIS/SuccessFactors
  • Define and evaluate areas for improvement
  • Perform and/or review configuration changes
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy
  • Liaise with Technology teams for improvements /management of integrations
  • Participate in testing of configuration changes
  • Manage and update documentation
  • Communicate system changes, upgrades, and general information to end-users
  • Establish and maintain security and integrity controls
Requirements
  • Degree in HR or Information Management with in-depth experience managing various HRIS/IS
  • Proficiency with SuccessFactors desirable
  • Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience
  • Strong mathematical/analytical aptitude, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Excellent data mining, manipulation, and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills; high proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
