Mid-level HR Generalist for a Leading Securities House

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Unicorn Advisor (HK) Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR policy, recruitment, and people development, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a reputable financial institution in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
  2. Administer benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
  3. Manage recruitment processes, including onboarding new hires and managing employment contracts and agreements.
  4. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure effective HR systems and processes are in place.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in HR policy, recruitment, and people development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
