Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Services Manager to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our school community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-class administrative support to the school community
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including reception and facilities
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures
  • Ensure the smooth running of school events and activities
  • Provide support for children with medical conditions, including first aid and medical administration
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to achieve school goals
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
