About the Role

Crest Nicholson PLC is a leading developer of quality homes and thriving, sustainable communities. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales across several of our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee sales operations across multiple sites, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and the Head of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales advisors, and internal teams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our developments.
  • Manage budgets and land valuations, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Sales Advisors to ensure they meet their targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the new homes market.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, marketing, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including reporting and data analysis.
