Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Maximize revenue and cash flow through effective income collection, rent maximization, and delinquency minimization.
  • Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement marketing plans to generate traffic and lease apartments to qualified prospects.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, respond to complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Leadership: Motivate and train staff, conduct performance evaluations, and administer disciplinary action as needed.
  • Administrative: Ensure timely and accurate completion of forms and reports, perform budgetary planning, and supervise accounts payable and receivable.
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience in property management or a related field is required.
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing concepts and ability to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing plans.
  • Strong people skills, organizational skills, and verbal and writing skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage people, sustain a professional image, and make effective decisions.
