Financial Reporting Team Lead

Bouygues UK is expanding its Financial Accounting Shared Service Centre team in Haywards Heath. We seek an experienced Deputy Finance Manager to lead the Financial Reporting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reporting team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of financial reports.
  • Lead the planning and preparation of information required for quarterly and annual audits.
  • Prepare high-quality financial statements and annual corporation tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures.
  • Assist senior management with ad-hoc matters.
Requirements
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Practice-trained background with good technical knowledge of IFRS and statutory audits.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a small team of accounting professionals.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Experience of accounting for LLPs, Joint Ventures, and branches is advantageous.
