Financial Reporting Team Lead

Bouygues UK is expanding its Financial Accounting Shared Service Centre team in Haywards Heath. We seek an experienced Deputy Finance Manager to lead the Financial Reporting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reporting team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of financial reports.
  • Lead the planning and preparation of information required for quarterly and annual audits.
  • Prepare high-quality financial statements and ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures.
  • Assist senior management with ad-hoc matters and contribute to the development of the accounting function.
  • Develop and lead the accounting staff to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and practice-trained background.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and experience with statutory audits.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Strong MS Excel skills and experience with accounting for LLPs, Joint Ventures, and branches.
